Velora Connect is a product by Velora IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd — a Sri Lankan software company that already runs VeloraOMS, the order management system used by growing online businesses across the island.

We noticed the same problem in every business: WhatsApp chats coming in faster than a team can reply. Nights, weekends, peak hours — orders were slipping through. Velora Connect is our answer: an AI assistant that speaks Sinhala, Singlish and English, checks live stock, and takes orders inside WhatsApp — all through the official WhatsApp Cloud API.
